Eddie was amazing at helping me get educated on a few options for my first time pistol used for self defense! Decided not to buy one today, so I go home assured I do enough research first, nothenless, Eddie was amazing at educating me first ! Thank you again, 5/5 customer service!!! Will be back soon look forward to seeing Eddie again.

Very disappointing customer service experience. The moment a customer provides feedback or raises a concern, the staff becomes dismissive and rude instead of handling the situation professionally. Management should focus on better customer service training, especially for cashiers, and improve how customers are spoken to and treated.

Please read before purchasing firearms at this location. - while doing an average day to day purchase, a firearm of my liking came across my way at this location. They had the model on display and ready for purchase. But this is where it all goes south. First when a fire arm is on display it has been passed around and been handled more then once ( meaning the fire arm has been dry fired multiple times). I kindly asked the manager at this time to a discount and she denied it. Continuation, I decided to go through with the purchase and take the risk of it being a display model. But wait there’s more, while going through with the purchase and filing of the 4473 for Background check. A simple error that could have been fixed. ( again yes I made the mistake) on imputing an incorrect name placement. That it could have been fixed simple by returning the 4473 form back. Was not able to be done due to management ( last name Williams female white) not wanting to change it. She even went out of her way to contact an atf agent to explain to me live over the phone at the counter. that she was not able to give back the form for rectification. This in conclusion automatically denied the purchas

Lisa was friendly, warm and attentive. She made us confident in our purchase and my boyfriend now has some amazing work boots for his new career. It was our first time at this store too, and we loved everything about it! We’ll definitely be coming back regularly for his tool and boot needs and even more! Thank you Lisa for being awesome ❤️
